ICLEI Europe’s webinar series for Members explores different ways European cities are making sustainability a reality. Webinars will happen once a month at 11:00 - 12:00 CET.

In this session on "Energy Communities and Cities: securing affordable energy" on 15 February, delve into what Energy Communities and citizen power can mean for your city. Citizens in Europe and elsewhere are facing unprecedented energy prices and many are struggling to make ends meet. Energy communities are increasingly proving effective in reducing people's energy costs. Join us to discuss promising examples of how fellow ICLEI Member cities are working to mitigate energy poverty through energy communities. Register here.

The session will include inspiring presentations from ICLEI Members Almada (PT) and Larissa (GR) and ICLEI topical experts, sharing tools, resources and/or best practices, followed by time for open discussions and questions. Members will have the chance to network and exchange on challenges related to the topic(s) at hand.
