The webinar will inform participants - specifically targeting Croatian Signatories of the CoM – about energy data collection practices in their country and provide practical advice on energy data gathering and processing for the purposes of establishing an Emissions Inventory (BEI/MEI) as part of a Sustainable Energy Action Plan (SEAP).
The webinar will notably draw on the outcomes and learnings from some EU-funded projects such as MESHARTILITY and SEAP+. It will present good practice examples and tips on how to overcome barriers in local energy data collection.
Target groups: Practitioners on local energy data collection, heads of municipal departments (energy, climate, environment, transport), local and regional energy agencies, local and regional elected leaders (mayors, deputy mayors, councilors), representatives of other levels of government, including national policy-makers.
