We live in a world where goods and services have become more available than ever. Yet, across Europe and the world, achieving low- and zero-emission urban goods delivery has remained difficult.

New clean freight vehicles and fuel technologies, innovative business models and efficient supply chains could be drivers for achieving more sustainable goods distribution at the local level.

This online seminar will introduce work conducted as part of the CIVITAS ECCENTRIC project for fostering clean and efficient urban logistics, with Madrid (Spain) and ICLEI Member Stockholm (Sweden) set to present their innovative solutions.

Stockholm will discuss its night-time deliveries using silent vehicles and Madrid will reveal its fully electric municipal delivery truck and the scheme that sits behind it.
