ICLEI will take part in the “Fair of European innovators in cultural heritage”, scheduled to take place in Brussels (Belgium), 15-16 November.

The Fair of European Innovators in Cultural Heritage is a key event in the calendar of the 2018 European Year of Cultural Heritage. The event will bring together the cities working on these topics and will cast a light on innovation and innovators, with the aim to invest in people 'who will make the change' and support a cultural heritage innovation ecosystem.

Participants will have the opportunity to join the 'Community of Innovators in Cultural Heritage' and its Platform, engaging with innovation providers, users and investors.

ICLEI is currently working on four projects which look at culture and cultural heritage as a driver for sustainable regeneration: ROCK, OpenHeritage, CLIC and RURITAGE.

As part of the event, ICLEI and Eurocities will organise a breakfast workshop on November 16 with the “Innovators at work” from the different on-going European cultural heritage projects to join forces and exchange ideas on the future of European policy related to cultural heritage.
