Join AI4Cities to use procurement to drive AI solutions for carbon neutrality

Are you curious about using artificial intelligence (AI) towards carbon neutrality? Do you want to use procurement to develop new applications for AI in your city? Then become a "Preferred Partner" in the AI4Cities project to exchange, collaborate and learn together with other cities from across Europe.

What does it mean to be an AI4Cities Preferred Partner?

AI4Cities is using a unique pre-commercial procurement (PCP) process to connect AI suppliers with cities interested in procuring AI solutions that could help them reach carbon neutrality.

By becoming a Preferred Partner, you are able to engage closely in the project's PCP process, with a view to ultimately expand the market uptake of the solutions developed through your own public procurement of innovative AI solutions.

Preferred Partners are kept informed about all aspects of the PCP process and afforded access to all information concerning the PCP results. They are able to contribute wherever possible to the project's PCP goals, by providing background information regarding the specific AI and carbon neutrality needs of their cities. Plus, they are able to collaborate with the AI4Cities consortium’s public procurers and meaningfully support the project’s objectives.

AI4Cities already has about a dozen committed Preferred Partners, including ICLEI Members Bergen (Norway), Berlin (Germany), and Haarlem (the Netherlands). Join them today!
