From 1-5 November, global leaders, and experts from cities, industries, utilities, and agri-food will gather in Amsterdam (the Netherlands) for the 6th edition of Amsterdam International Water Week. ICLEI Europe is supporting this engaging conference, with Barbara Anton, senior coordinator, sustainable resources, climate and resilience, representing ICLEI Europe on the conference programme advisory committee.

This year’s conference, which takes place both in-person and online, is being organised under the theme: Blue green deals with integrated solutions.

Researchers, organisations, project managers, innovators, implementers, city governments, agricultural experts, and water utilities interested in presenting their work during the conference are invited to submit an abstract under one of the following themes: clean water and ecosystem restoration; reuse, recover and recycle; and risks and resilience.

The submission should be relevant for cities, industries, utilities and the agriculture-food sector. The deadline for submission is 20 August, 17:00 CEST.

The conference is being organised by Amsterdam International Water Web, a global water leaders’ community, bridging the gap between today’s challenges and future needs.
