Guarantee your place at, submit proposals for, and apply to become a sponsor or exhibitor at the CIVITAS Forum 2018. This year's edition of the event is taking place from 19-21 September in Umeå (Sweden).

Over three days, hundreds of policymakers, city representatives, academics, and practitioners will gather to debate pressing topics surrounding sustainable urban mobility and witness the pioneering solutions bringing cleaner, better transport to Europe.

Participants will have the opportunity to take part in interactive workshops and sessions on the most urgent issues in mobility, enjoy interesting site visits, and mingle with the most creative mobility minds in Europe. Attendance is free of charge.

The Call for Contributions invites CIVITAS and non-CIVITAS cities, organisations, and projects to submit proposals for two types of sessions - thematic and take-up and transfer sessions. All activities should aim to connect people and share knowledge in interactive ways.

The Call for Sponsors invites companies and organisations to benefit from the visibility that comes with being part of Europe's foremost sustainable urban mobility event. There are numerous sponsorship opportunities, with options to suit all budgets. Applicants are also invited to provide their own suggestions for sponsorship and advertisement.

The Call for Exhibitors invites both CIVITAS- affiliated and other projects, organisations, and businesses to exhibit their mobility products, tools, and methods. Spaces of various sizes are available, and exhibiting space is free of charge for CIVITAS projects.

The submission deadline for all call is 31 May 2018.
