Heating and cooling are intrinsically local/regional matters. Despite positive signals for the take-off of renewable heating and cooling provided by both the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources Directives, many barriers remain to achieving the goal of high levels of renewable heating and cooling by 2020.

This webinar will share insights, tips and tools, and success stories on increasing the diffusion of sustainable district heating and cooling strategies in Europe at local and regional level.
