CIVITAS CAPITAL is organising a free training on effective access management schemes in Brussels (Belgium) on 18 November 2015. Access management includes the development of low emission zones, urban road tolls, and traffic restrictions.

The training will present the concept of developing access management schemes with three components: engineering, enforcement, and incentives. Participants will therefore understand the characteristics of these kinds of measures and their ability to contribute to achieve sustainable urban mobility goals. This will be explained through examples from other European cities.

The free training will take place back to back with the Polis conference but will not offer registration to this event. The training is of particular interest to local and regional authorities, the private sector, and NGOs. For more information, download the agenda below.
