Are you starting up with your municipal Sustainable Energy Action Plan (SEAP)? At the Covenant capaCITY Conference experts will lead you through the process - sharing useful guidance, great ideas and tips on how to proceed with SEAP development and stakeholder involvement.

This one-day conference is followed by a one-day study tour organised by the City of Malmö, together with Covenant Supporter ICLEI Europe and 17 other project partners. The event is aimed at building capacity of local leaders and municipal staff - also enabling their local government to sign the Covenant of Mayors. Practical guidance will also be offered online through training modules on many different topics. These will offer an insight into starting with local climate and energy action, in addition to advice for more advanced municipalities.
