On 14-15 June, the Naturance project, in which ICLEI Europe is a partner, will hold its first virtual festival. This event will explore the potential of financial innovations to foster greater adoption of nature-based solutions and nature restoration. The festival will also feature a series of interactive discussions and events aimed at showcasing the potential of finance and insurance instruments.

Naturance examines the technical, financial and operational feasibility and performance of solutions built through a combination of disaster risk financing and nature-based investments.

Festival attendees will be provided with opportunities for dialogue, knowledge-sharing, and capacity building around innovative financial and insurance solutions for nature-based solutions at local and regional scales.
