The session aims at raising awareness on multiple benefits of sustainable Plus Energy buildings (PEBs) and neighbourhoods (SPENs). We will provide evidence of the importance of a multiple benefits approach to support decision making of investors and policy makers.

Through a workshop session we will collect policy makers needs and discuss how to ensure wide application of methodologies for the quantification and monetisation of multiple benefits for plus energy buildings and neighbourhoods.

The session is a EU Regions Week 2023 side event and will take in Brussels.
