D’Appolonia and the European Commission – DG CLIMA are hosting the Second Regional Workshop to support the Climate Technology Centre and Network (CTCN) dedicated to introducing Climate Technologies transfer mechanisms.

The workshop targets stakeholders involved in the development of technologies tackling climate change, namely: SMEs and industrial representatives, technology providers, researchers, manufacturers, consultants and associations.

The event will allow participants to actively contribute to sharing of success stories, learning the process of CTCN matchmaking of demand and offer of climate technologies for specific objectives. Experiences collected during the workshop will enable the creation of recommendations and validation of the current approach of CTCN to further enhance the key role of technology transfer into the international climate change community.

ICLEI Coordinator Siegfried Zöllner will be introducing the Urban-LEDS project at the workshop.
