The EU Sustainable Energy Week 2011 (EUSEW), is Europe's key event for a more sustainable energy future.

Energy Day's were organised in cities, towns and regions all over Europe between 11 and 15 April 2011. For more information check out the Energy Days 2011 flyer.

The European Institutions, associates of the Sustainable Energy Europe Campaign and other important players in the field organised a series of events in Brussels during EUSEW. This included a 3-day policy conference organised by the European Commission from 12-14 April 2011 and the annual Awards Ceremony on 12 April 2011.

During EUSEW many exciting events took place, both in Brussels and across Europe. The highlights for local governments included an LG Action Discussion Forum on 13 April 2011 and several Covenant of Mayors sessions, including one on the Role of Supporting Structures on 14 April 2011, where ICLEI staff were present.
