Last chance to join Covenant of Mayors peer learning programme

ICLEI Members are invited to apply to learn from a 'twin' as part of the latest edition of the Covenant of Mayors peer learning programme.

This edition builds off the success of the Covenant of Mayors twinning programme, and offers cities, regions, and provinces across Europe the opportunity to take part in exchanges that aim to increase their capacity and knowledge to tackle climate and energy challenges, through tailored peer discussions.

Applicants will be selected, paired, and offered a tailored exchange programme based on their unique learning needs, challenges, and expertise as described in their application.

Selected participants must, by June 2021, be signatories to the Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy, a network of over 9,000 local and regional authorities, who have voluntarily committed to implementing climate and energy objectives.

Local and regional authorities interested in participating in the programme should apply by 19 March 2021, 17:00 CET by submitting an online application form. Different forms must be submitted depending on whether the applicant is a city or small municipality; a province or region; or an energy agency. Find the correct form here.
