The upcoming Partnerships and Financing for an Inclusive City conference – held in ICLEI Member Copenhagen (Denmark) on 7-8 October – is now accepting submissions of “City Stories.” Submit your pitch for a chance to showcase your city’s work, be a panellist in the conference’s final session, and win travel funding support!
The two-day conference will bring together cities from across Europe and the United States to exchange and learn from best practices that use innovative partnership and financing models to build more inclusive and sustainable cities.
The event will culminate in a final session in which representatives will present their City Stories in fast, dynamic “pitches.” Pitches will be followed by a panel discussion with presenters. Stories should relate to the overarching themes of “partnerships and financing” and can be submitted under two categories:
- Local approaches for inclusion of all
- Urban transformation: opportunities after de-industrialisation
Submit your city story in one of the above categories today (multiple submissions are possible) by downloading and completing this form and emailing it Adrienne Kotler at Adrienne.Kotler@iclei.org. Travel funding support is available for winning submissions.
Be aware that contributions are reviewed continuously upon arrival. Submission of contributions as soon as possible is therefore advisable. Deadline for submissions: 31 August.
