The Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change calls for collaborative action and innovative ways to prepare European communities for the future impacts of climate change. The EU-funded AGORA project aims to enhance collective resilience against climate change by establishing community-based adaptation practices in various social, economic and political contexts. To achieve this, it will work in selected pilot communities, promoting collaboration among citizens, social organisations, scholars, field experts, policymakers and entrepreneurs who will co-design, co-develop and implement solutions tailored to local needs. Outcomes will include a set of digital tools and co established frameworks, novel climate adaptation solutions, and prototypes for efficient cooperative and policymaking practices.
