Project disclaimer: A study of existing investment and purchasing guidelines and practises regarding energy-efficient products and building technologies in the European public sector at all levels was undertaken. It examined policy options and proposed implementing actions to establish energy-efficient purchasing as the norm for public agencies. The project partners conducted an in-depth study in the countries participating in the project and a less detailed survey in other European countries.
