In light of COVID-19 restrictions, more and more events and mobilisation opportunities are moving along. But how to effectively organise an online event that aims to mobilise and encourage mutual learning among stakeholders?

The BioVoices community – which includes ICLEI Europe – has gathered insights into this very question, through conceptualising and organising a series of Mobilisation and Mutual Learning (MML). All are invited to leverage those insight by exploring a so-called 'MEED' tool.

MEED is a free online tool to support users in identifying the best event formats for their work, according to target group and impact objectives.

The tool provides suggestions based on objectives and expectations, as well as customisable and downloadable online draft agendas, explanations and tips around the selected format to effectively engage participants.
