The KeepWarm Learning Centre is pooling resources and solutions on district heating in Europe and beyond. This includes a large selection of training materials developed or collected by project partners, but also reports, materials with datasheets, analysis, policy recommendations, as well as business models, funding sources, project development and implementation steps characteristic for each of the technological solutions. Its resources are divided into chapters, to make browsing easier. They include materials in seven other languages than English (CZ, DE, HR, LV, SRB, SLO, UKR).
Why a Learning Centre?
Heating has been neglected in the EU's climate and energy policy for many years. Meanwhile, the demand for guidance, knowledge transfer and exchange of experience has grown. To respond to this request, KeepWarm project partners developed new training material and decided further to systematically collect materials from various, high quality sources and make them accessible in one place: the KeepWarm Learning Centre.
Who is it for?
The Learning Centre was primarily designed to support district heating operators, when deciding to improve their existing district heating system. However, if you are a policy-maker, engineer, urban planner, operator of a district heating plant or grid, a real-estate developer, a consumer organisation, or just a concerned citizen, the KeepWarm Learning Centre is the place to find the information you are looking for.

The resources of the Learning Centre are divided into several chapters, to make browsing easier. They also include materials in seven other languages than English (Croatian, Czech, German, Latvian, Serbian, Slovenian and Ukrainian).
