The 44th and 45th editions of ICLEI's flagship Breakfast at Sustainability's series are organised as a pair of events on the topics of inclusion, justice and democracy in the energy transition in Europe.

This 44th edition is an online event which will convene local government policymakers, researchers, practitioners, and energy planners to explore inclusion and justice as central components of the energy transition and of energy communities. This in-depth discussion will highlight recommendations, research results, and good practices for local governments and community energy initiatives, drawing on expertise from the EC2 project and its Community Energy Academy. The session will leave space for discussion and exchange with the participants.
