New e-course on regional mobility planning starts on 20 April

Do you want to learn more about cooperation in regional mobility planning? Then sign up for a new CIVITAS e-course starting on 20 April! A kick-off webinar on the same date will introduce the course.

Adopting a cooperative regional approach to mobility planning has multiple benefits for both individual cities and a region as a whole. In this webinar and e-course, participants will learn about these benefits, and what regional cooperation can entail in the context of mobility.

Participants will become acquainted with the "Poly-SUMP methodology," as well as with examples of regional cooperation in various European contexts.

The course will explore different approaches to regional cooperation, illustrating these with concrete cases studies. It will also give recommendations for overcoming barriers related to governance, funding, and cooperation.

Multimedia material such as videos will augment and enrich the learning experience, whilst the course forum will offer a space to network with the moderator and other participants, as well as to share your own insights on the topic.

If you are a policymaker, mobility planner, public servant, or any other stakeholder involved or interested in drawing up a regional mobility vision, then this thought-provoking, interactive course is for you!

A kick-off webinar on Monday 20 April, from 10:00 - 11:00 CEST, will introduce the course and other participants.

Enrol for the course here and register for the webinar now. The course runs for a total of four weeks. Note that to access the course you will need to create an account on the Mobility Academy website.
